Yes. When you book a trek with us, we arrange airport pickup in Kathmandu, and your guide or a local team member will meet you on arrival. This allows you to start your trip smoothly without worrying about transportation after a long flight.

A Trekking Package include with a Government Permit, a Professional Guide and an accompanying Porter for assistance throughout your trek. Teahouse accommodation, the majority of meals on a trek, and all logistics associated with travel within the Trekking region (such as getting from Kathmandu to your Trekking region) are also part of the cost.

Depending on which Trekking Package you select, there may be slight differences in the inclusions. If you require additional comfort, you may add Optional upgrades (like private rooms, Premium Meals or a helicopter to Kathmandu) to your package. All trekkers within Nepal are highly advised to take travel and medical evacuation insurance, especially when on a trek on a high-altitude route such as the Everest Base Camp and the Annapurna Circuit.
