The meals include noodles, soups, handmade breads, rice items, curries, spaghetti, pizza, egg items, and potatoes. All the meals will be served in lodges. Generally, dinner and breakfast are served in a lodge, and lunch is served during the trek. You will have full possibilities or choices to choose your favored stuff from a minor menu provided by the lodge.

The Annapurna region can be considered the best region for trekking in Nepal in terms of accommodation as we can find a variety of accommodations in this Trekking area. We can find some hotels having basic rooms, normally just a bed with a pillow and blankets with electric lights and all have a spacious dining room-lounge.  Nowadays in the new constructions, we can find involved bathrooms as well. Mostly the lodges in Annapurna have small rooms with 2 Single Beds and the room is accommodated by two Trekkers. If you are a Single Trekker then you have to share a room with others but it is only in Rare Cases. If you need a Single Separate room then you have to pay extra single supplement Charges. But in Peak season if you can’t find a twin sharing room then you have to sleep in a Dormitory Room. If you are a Single trekker then you have to cartel with other joint groups.

Drinking Water On Annapurna Base Camp Trek

Bottled water can be purchased at most tea houses and shops along the route. Because of the altitude, it is recommended you drink in the region of 3-4 liters per day, although this can include, tea and soup. During the Annapurna Sanctuary trek (ABC), you don’t find a bottle of mineral water. Instead, you have to refill safe drinking water which is available in every teahouse around Annapurna region. Safe drinking water is 100% safe to drink. Safe Drinking water is maintained by a local committee that mainly looks after the cleanliness of the water. It will be better to have one spare of an empty bottle while refilling the water. You can also bring water purifying tablets for safe drinking water which helps to save the cost.
